Richmond Dental Veneers: Remedy for Tooth Discoloration
People drink a lot of coffee these days. Much more than before. Perhaps because of the urban and stylish coffee houses giving busy officer workers a wake-up call in beverage form. Or because of too much overtime in the modern workplace. We may have different reasons for drinking coffee, but there are several health issues associated with drinking too much of it. It causes a strain on our hearts, we need to excuse ourselves to the bathroom too many times and our teeth are ruined because of stains. And if we don't use a toothbrush, we will probably end up with halitosis, which is the scientific name for bad breath.
Smoking with your coffee is even worse. In fact, this is a major cause of teeth staining in young people, who should not really be suffering from discoloration. You also get kids who drink too much soda, which can also cause discoloration to your teeth. Older people tend to suffer more from discolored teeth while genetics also play a part.
Chewing tobacco may look cool if you are a ball player. But when it comes to staining teeth, it is a sure-fire cause for teeth discoloration. The tar that comes from tobacco goes into the teeth's protective enamel and blackens our teeth like those of hardened coal miners. These days, we are more aware of tobacco-related problems and more people have stopped or are trying to stop.
Okay, let's talk a little more about sodas. Many of you know this procedure. You drop a tooth into a cup of soda. You will see the soda destroy the tooth in a short space of time. In my opinion, I'm not sure it is something we can give up very easily. However, you could help yourself by drinking from a straw. That way we can eliminate the risk of staining. It is shame I can't use a straw with hot drinks. Which is a shame because I like hot coffee or green tea.
Anyway, sometimes staining cannot be avoided. If you have stains, there is no need to fret. Even if they are heavily stained, I can help. Visit my clinic. We are in Richmond, so just come over and let me see the damage. I can then decide if you require nothing more than a thorough cleaning or we should take your teeth out…
Heh heh, I'm not serious. In reality, you can choose to have Richmond dental veneers. There are many benefits to having veneers. They have a long life span, your teeth are protected and staining will not be a problem. Now that's a great package!
Make sure that you download a great read called Relax Your Way to a Great Smile, an exclusive 36 page report I wrote, which has all the details about how Richmond sedation dentistry without needles is a positive step to making your teeth healthy. (Of course, there is a local anesthetic and the only way to administer that is with a needle…but even so, you will be wondering if and when we have done it…I guarantee that you won't have a clue if you've had the shot.) I promise you that I will keep your email and other information secure and you are able to quit my list whenever you like.
