According to the some sources, Katherine Heigl wears Invisalign clear invisible braces. The kind that straighten your teeth by using simple removable trays. They don't hurt you the way braces do, and you only wear them sometimes not all the time.

Ms. Heigl has said that she got them because of a tooth that was a problem. She loves how it works and describes it as simple and easy. Which it is.

Here in my Richmond dental office, I do a lot of Invisalign orthodontics without braces. They are invisible. You can remove them. You can see that such a pretty woman as Katherine Heigl who must mind her appearance loves these.

Not everyone is a candidate for Invisalign. But many people can do great with these. 

I don't understand her allusion to Netflix for your teeth, but I'm glad she is publicizing Invisalign because it is great for many folks who otherwise would have a bad bite and an unsightly smile.
